Job summary

AEO in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the AE and Aerie experience to life. You’ll engage guests, share product knowledge, and promote the loyalty program while upholding our brand values.

You’ll flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and help colleagues deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Must be at least 18 and enthusiastic.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Energetic, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.
• Able to engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policy.
• Support team with teamwork and assist across areas.
