You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values, bringing your REAL self to work each day. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while upholding company

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products and brands.
• You’ve worked in retail before and understand store operations.
• You’re at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with the team and help get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
