Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Hickory, NC to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our store, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and help grow brand loyalty while upholding company values.

You’ll flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and supporting team goals with energy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details.
• Introduce loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy and store procedures.
• Support team to accomplish daily tasks.
