Go Store It Management is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate in Nazareth, PA to keep a facility clean and well-maintained. You will perform daily property checks, fix minor issues, and assist customers on-site, ensuring a smooth operation and a safe, welcoming environment.

• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and help maintain a well-running property.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
