Job summary

Go Store It in Nazareth, PA is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to keep our properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll walk the property daily, fix small issues, and assist customers on site to ensure smooth operation.

No college degree required; a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are needed. PTO is offered, schedules are posted in advance, and tools and supplies are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working
• Assist customers on site and help where needed
• Calling leads and delinquent tenants

What You’ll Be Doing
