Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Walk the property every day to identify trash, damage, lighting issues, leaks, or anything out of place.
Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint repairs.
Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prepare for next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
Assist customers on-site and help maintain a smooth-running property.

What You'll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that's off.
Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they're working.
Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you're proud to be part of.
