Job summary

Go Store It Management seeks a reliable on-site Maintenance Associate to keep our self-storage locations secure, clean, and fully functional. You’ll walk the property daily, perform small repairs, and assist customers on site.

We offer hands-on training, a full-time schedule of 40 hours, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off plus holidays. No college degree required; growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to check for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues.
• Fix small repairs like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic patchwork.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and common areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep and prep for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
• Maintain the property so it looks good and runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
