Job summary

Go Store It Management in Lakeside Self Storage is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Associate to keep the facility safe, clean and functional. You will walk the property daily, spot issues, and perform small repairs such as locks, lights, doors and toilets while providing helpful on-site assistance to customers.

No college degree required; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are all you need. We provide PTO eligibility, tools and supplies, and a supportive team where schedules are

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
