Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols at the technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report unusual conditions as per procedures.
• Document patrol activity and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts.
