Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor for our location in Pittsburgh, PA. In this dynamic role, you will supervise and coordinate quality security services for our clients, while providing coaching and mentoring to your team.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Full-time hours and competitive pay at $23.18/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Must complete background investigation and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift providing coaching and discipline.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor and professional security officers.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services at assigned customer site.
