Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing requirements may be required by law.
• Valid Driver’s License with 1 year driving experience and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a shift at a customer site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
