Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for part-time, on-call work in Minnesota. The role requires at least 2 years of security experience or military/law enforcement background, plus supervisory capability and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of security experience or prior law enforcement or military experience.
• Supervisory or management experience or military leadership required.
• Must be 21+ years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience).
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs; read procedures and instructions.
• Experience with handling crisis situations calmly and with good judgment.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a shift at an assigned customer site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within established empowerment range.
