Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor in West Palm Beach, FL. The role supervises a security team on a specific shift and coordinates services at the customer site, serving as a liaison to the site supervisor and Account Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining records, and handling routine and crisis situations. The position requires at least 2 years of verifiable security experience, a guard card, and solid written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable security experience.
• Guard card is required.
• Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and, when needed, discipline within approved empowerment range.
