Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves supervising the security team on a specific shift, coordinating service delivery, and acting as a liaison with management and officers to maintain high standards.

Seasonal/Part-time position with an hourly pay rate of $19.90. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years security experience and prior supervisory roles, with additional credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of security experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• TWIC card preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range
• Coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers
• Lead the Team. Protect the Community.
