Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee the delivery of security services on a specific shift at an assigned site in Fort Lauderdale. This part-time, seasonal role supports the client and coordinates with the account manager and field supervisors.

The Shift Supervisor will lead officers, provide coaching and discipline within policy, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain professional customer service while responding to incidents and crises on site.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 3 years of security experience; law enforcement or military experience may substitute.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• TWIC card preferred.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift and coordinate service delivery.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved guidelines.
• Lead the team and protect the community.
• Respond to incidents and maintain customer service on site.
