Allied Universal Security is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for the third shift in Bloomington, MN. You will supervise a team of security officers, coordinating with site staff and management to deliver high-quality services.

The role requires 1+ years security or related experience and a clean driving record. The position offers $27.81 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age required.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures.
• Licensing and driving requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Basic computer skills to operate wireless client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
