Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors at a site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to designated areas and document visitor activity as required.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports in line with site policies.
