Qualifications

• Background in customer service preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location while performing screening procedures.
• Screen individuals and belongings and report prohibited items or irregularities.
• Verify identification and visit authorization according to site requirements.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following procedures.
• Maintain screening logs and submit required reports.
