Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Entry Screening in High Point, NC. You will provide customer service, manage access points, verify credentials, and help maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.

The role includes monitoring entry, responding to incidents, and patrolling to deter unauthorized activity, with a flexible schedule aligned to the Claim a Shift platform.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law and company policy.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access, verify credentials, and process visitors and contractors.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with staff and visitors and report concerns.
