Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Screening in New Castle, DE to provide dependable hours at a fixed site with the option to pick up additional shifts. You will handle security procedures, access control, and customer service for clients, visitors, and delivery personnel.

The role offers a weekly fixed schedule, opportunity to earn more through our scheduling platform, and potential path toward a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on location.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel entering the location.
• Inspect credentials and monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry.
• Observe activity and report concerns to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
