Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out screening procedures at a busy cruise terminal location.
• Screen passengers, visitors, crew, baggage, and items at entry points.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to supervisors or authorities.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to deter unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols around the terminal and perimeter.
