Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• A drug screen is required, where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by performing access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access credentials, log visitors and drivers, and direct individuals per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions to deter unauthorized access.
