Allied Universal in Nazareth, PA, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Coordinator to provide reliable front‑desk security, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain site procedures while supporting emergency responses.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts (six‑month commitment) and an Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program to pick up additional shifts across sites, enabling higher earnings and broader experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge management.
• Experience with alarm panel systems, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific security procedures and responses.
• Monitor and manage access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, driver, delivery, and incident records, including logging arrivals/departures and access-related activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Monitor front desk communications, cameras, and access control systems; report unusual activity and deter unauthorized access to the distribution location.
