The position emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident response within a community-focused environment. The role requires at least 1 year in security, proficiency with computers or tablets, and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document activities.
• Complete clear and timely reports including patrol observations and incidents.
