The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick additional shifts via our scheduling platform, aiming for a flexible schedule, income stability, and potential progression toward a full‑time schedule up to 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Experience with alarm panel systems.
• Proficient using computers or tablets for daily tasks.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Manage the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, verifying access, issuing visitor credentials, and recording visitor logs.
• Monitor access points, phones, alarms, and security systems; report unusual activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, contacting the appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in a healthcare setting and deter unauthorized access.
