Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or applicable license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving customers, employees, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures and promptly report concerns to appropriate personnel.
