Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and/or shoppers while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas, entrances, parking areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and manage guest flow per location requirements.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities.
