Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and shoppers per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in retail areas and the surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor flow per location requirements.
• Prepare clear reports of incidents and patrol activities.
