Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of government facility interiors, exteriors, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist visitors with navigation.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and document observations for reporting.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports accurately per Allied Universal requirements.
