Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, and assist with visitor direction and navigation.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally, documenting observations and coordinating with staff.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports accurately per Allied Universal requirements.
