Qualifications

• TWIC required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and assist with emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; site conditions may vary by client.
