Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and the public by following site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter grounds to deter incidents and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, observe for prohibited items, and escalate concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports and share updates with site leadership.
