Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization.
• Assist with directing commercial vehicle, delivery, and contractor access for an industrial terminal.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facility areas, and the perimeter and report security concerns.
