Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and support established entry and exit procedures for the facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center buildings, perimeter areas, parking locations, access points, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
