Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Pittsburgh, PA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform to increase earnings, up to 40 hours weekly.

The position emphasizes customer service, security procedures, patrols, and incident response, with shifts including day and night hours and a base rate of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at the financial institution location and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious behavior.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual occurrences and communicate to site leadership.
