Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and deter theft with a professional presence.
• Communicate with store personnel and emergency responders per reporting procedures.
