Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Monaca, PA to provide reliable unarmed patrols and responsive security support at a designated site. The role offers flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

You will perform customer service, enforce site policies, monitor access, and respond to incidents following established procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and other critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs/reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders.
