Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Carnegie, PA. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with the flexibility to pick up extra shifts and earn more through the scheduling platform.

The position pays $17.00 per hour and provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience while pursuing a longer-term career in security services with the industry leader.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for contractors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal requirements.
