Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (as applicable).
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as per laws.
• Background/history consideration per laws for qualified applicants.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, tenants, and vendors while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the office park, retail areas, parking locations, building perimeters, and other areas.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner, contacting emergency services as directed.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and security-related records in a timely manner.
