Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, and staff following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and parking-related concerns in a calm, solution‑oriented manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of parking areas and access points.
• Monitor access to assigned locations and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Assist with traffic flow and provide information to patrons while maintaining professionalism.
