The role includes customer service to tenants and visitors, incident response, patrols, and access control, with a schedule 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sundays; must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property including parking facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site procedures.
• Direct visitors and answer routine questions with a professional presence.
