Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Access control and badge experience is preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required by law
• Drug screen required by employer
• Licensing requirements may apply

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and policy
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and efficiently
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and report unusual conditions
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access or violations
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and daily activities
