Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: A valid drivers license is required.
The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen are required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site protocols.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points, visitor and contractor activity, and vehicle traffic.
Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate with site contacts.
