Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entrances and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access or disturbances.
• Document patrols and incidents and report to site contacts and leadership.
