Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required by law.
• A drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and clearly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, office areas, spaces, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures and logs.
