Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and employees per site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry.
• Maintain visitor and access-related records and communicate with management.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property including common areas and perimeters.
