Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified criminal histories as per laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and issuing passes.
• Observe access points and report unusual activity per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
