Allied Universal in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Driver Lobby Check In to greet visitors, verify IDs, manage access control, and monitor entry activity at a logistics and distribution site. This role requires a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and comfort using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with access control and badge management is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors at a logistics location by following site procedures.
• Manage front-desk access activities, including greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals.
• Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor and delivery records, and communicate access-related information to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Support a professional front-desk environment by answering phones and reporting suspicious activity.
