Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer, Driver Reception Coordination, at a logistics site in Quakertown, PA. You will welcome visitors, handle access control, monitor alarms, and deliver superior customer service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and customer service experience, with training provided. Shifts are Wed, Thu, Fri nights with a competitive pay rate of $17.46 per hour.

Qualifications

• Has experience with access control and badge management.
• Experience with alarm panels and alarm system troubleshooting.
• Proficient with computers/tablets for data entry and system access.
• CPR certification is required; training provided by AU.
• Customer service background is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates per site procedures.
• Monitor front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, issue passes, log visitors/deliveries.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Monitor access points and communications, document activities, escalate unusual events.
• Support a professional reception environment and direct visitors, drivers, and contractors.
