Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors at a logistics site following site procedures.
• Manage front-desk access activities: greet visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, direct individuals as required.
• Monitor entry activity and maintain accurate visitor and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and per procedures.
• Support professional front-desk operations by answering phones and reporting suspicious activity.
